How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take 5 to 7 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently only offer shipping to USA.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Due to the nature of our handcrafted bath and body products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for used or opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at shop@scrub-and-butter.com with photos of the product and packaging within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used products. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code. Custom or special-order items. Gift cards.

Cancellations & Order Changes:

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
